    Some comments regarding the canvas:
    Value Proposition- Currently it looks more like a set of features. You need to focus on what pains are you "killing" (you hinted about overwhelming amount on info- that's a great pain) or a NEED, such as to "be active". This obviously needs to be well defined.
    Customer Segments- Looks very limited. It means it is focused enough, but it's very important you evaluate the market size ASAP, so you can validate to yourself whether this business is worth pursuing.
    Channels- How do you reach customers? Advertise is a default one. Try to be more creative, maybe by partnering with other parties with interests that align with yours.
    Customer Relationship: The idea in 'Grow' here is how to grow existing customers. Try to be creative with how you keep or maintain relationship with clients. Interaction is good, but what is your unique edge?
    Resources: What resources would you need to acquire\ develop in order to maintain the activities? such as developers (in house\ outsource), marketing HR, etc.
